How we handle your information

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, the kind of help you're after, and your message.

Like any website, the server that hosts this site sees your IP address when you visit. We use it briefly to limit how many messages can be sent from one address, which keeps the form free of spam.

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run that engagement. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who else handles it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Resend and our hosting provider may process data on servers outside Australia.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our dealings with you, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@ozgoat.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
